6:30 – 7:30 p.m. First General Session – General Assembly and Security Council members are in the Legislature either on the floor or in the Gallery

1. Introductions - review of by-laws and house rules, introduction of

the chairperson, roll call, introduction of the keynote speaker

2. Keynote Address

7:45 – 9:25 p.m. Presentation of GA Policy Speeches
